To be honest, I'm actually feeling very stressful now. Although stress is usually an emotional and physical response to pressures from outside the world and which we could actually curb, we tend to let "stress" overwhelm us. For that, I couldn't explain why but this is how human emotions work I guess.
So, I'm gonna share my happy moments in order for me to relax and de-stress.
1. Someone told me that being happy is good and it's good to keep a smile on my face all the time. It's said that emotions are contagious and by being happy and positive, it can actually influence people around you.
2. I'm happy because I just purchased a skirt which I really liked from momoteapots.

3. I received a pretty gift from someone! That was so unexpected and I felt so happy when I got the gift.
4., I managed to watch a gore movie: "Final Destination 5" and being able to sleep so soundly at night.
5. I completed part of my project assignment in 2 days.
6. I sang my heart out in Kbox for the first time! (Because it would usually take me some time before I dare to sing out)
7. I met up with my girls! I missed them and shopping was pleasant because they were there!
That's all I could think of, could you?
